Supplying an extra trainer
Positive Response has qualified trainers employed by us who deliver training courses on our behalf. Our trainers are also available to provide training and mentoring support to any organisation that has already trained trainers.
Training support
If you need an extra trainer to work with your own trainer then Positive Response can provide one trainer on a daily rate basis plus expenses. This service can be used if you do not have enough trainers to cover your training needs. NB. This is not the same as booking a training course which we run. In this case your existing trainer will run the training course, provide paperwork and resources etc and we will supply an extra trainer to assist with the delivery of the training. At the end of the course your trainer will keep the paperwork in order to do certificates, follow-ups etc. This service enables you to run direct care staff courses when you only have one trainer available.
Mentoring support
If you have recently trained trainers but they do not yet feel confident in their training delivery then Positive Response can provide a training mentor. One of our trainers is supplied to you on a daily rate basis plus expenses. This service will assist recently qualified trainers to become established. In this case you will have two of your trainers running the course and our trainer would oversee the delivery of the training and provide advice and support. Additional telephone support before and after the training is free of charge.
