Your training course could be between one and three days depending on the outcome of your pre-training audit.
Direct care staff Positive Behaviour Management training is valid for one year. Follow up annual refreshers are one day.
A training course can be delivered at a local venue of your choice, subject to the venue meeting our requirements. The course can take between 10 and 16 delegates.
If you have not worked with us before we will ask you to complete a pre-training audit so we can ensure our training meets your needs. You will also need to sign a training agreement and supply a copy of your challenging behaviour policy. Once these formalities are completed we will agree dates and get the training underway.
